	Region D History ...
	Region D was Chartered in 1982 Region D was originally to have been Region C but Paul Mays, the first Region D Director, had chartered Indiana Chapter D and asked that the Region be designated as Region D. When National approved, we became Region D. Region D was at first composed of five (5) Districts: Indiana - Kentucky - Michigan - Ohio - Tennessee In 1995, the composition was changed to three (3) Districts: Indiana - Michigan - Ohio
